Spare-Parts gains LAN support, part-number search, serial selection at the counter and a dedicated dashboard. Setup, sample data, product fields, imports and printouts follow your industry pack instead of assuming a pharmacy. Licence notices refresh without restarting, renewal is available in the app and Settings is organised into sections. Cash shifts recover an existing shift when you return from another LAN desktop or retry an opening request, without asking for a second float. The register picker shows occupied tills and terminal locks, and the counter-sale banner refreshes automatically. Products show exact filtered totals, stable pages and manufacturer/category menus that no longer move the filter bar. Supplier reports gets its own page under Reports, with a new Purchases by supplier report and a shortcut from every supplier page. Stock on hand filters by manufacturer and supplier and saves the visible rows as a CSV file. Customer and supplier statements print as one complete, verified document. Opening cash no longer skews the net cash position, and the products list filters by manufacturer, category, dosage form and regulatory flags. Reports and dashboards now leave out records moved to Trash and include them again when restored, with LAN dashboard caches cleared after each change. Invoice status tabs count all matching invoices, not just the current page, and a lone dashboard card fills its row. The income statement warns when general ledger posting is disabled, explaining why sales may not appear and where to set up opening balances; existing journal figures remain visible. File static memos that never touch the books: Master data Notes and memos records customer, supplier and general reminders with follow-up dates, priority and pinning, shown on each partner page and on the home dashboard when follow-up is due. New customers, suppliers, products, warehouses and the rest get their code automatically, and every customer payment names where the money landed — bank, sarafi, cash box or mobile wallet. Owner home gains an Expenses dashboard with today, this month, the last 30 days and cash versus bank. The expiry dashboard now looks six months ahead: a card for batches expiring in 91–180 days, the same band on Stock balance, and each card opens its batches a page at a time. Reports are rebuilt — search the list, pick a customer, product, warehouse or lot by name, save those filters under a name, and send the report on a schedule — and opening the app shows the dashboard for your role. A cash expense or a cash refund can name the cash box the money left, so it is not counted out of the till. Mark one warehouse as the default and every new document — counter sale, sales and purchase orders, low stock, stock balance, adjustments, opening stock and the cycle-count schedule — starts with it preselected. Allocating a sales order now creates its picking list, re-allocating rebuilds it, and issuing or voiding the order closes the lists nobody started, so Inventory › Picking lists always matches the order’s live reservations. The Warehouses screen is rebuilt with the shared table and a per-row zones and bins dialog. Counter sale counts the discount right when you sell more than one: a price cut below the list is multiplied by the quantity, so the footer discount and the total agree with the line. Receipts and A4 invoices no longer repeat the discount under every line — it appears once in the totals — and the receipt sits centered in the print preview. Counter sale now discounts the way a shop does: a discount on the whole invoice, a price typed below the list shown as a discount, each line drawing stock from its own warehouse, and an A4 invoice straight from the till — and the cart survives a trip to another screen. Treasury accounts show the money in every cash box, bank and sarafi, with transfers and currency exchange. You can pay a supplier in advance against a purchase order, and Purchase orders › Low stock drafts the reorders for you. Printed documents are compact, and the preview shows the page as it prints. Procurement screens show the true supplier name everywhere, and approving your own large order now fails with a plain self-approval message instead of a generic no-permission error. The update dialog pins its progress and errors above the buttons, a stale install bundle fails fast at launch with the fix named, a wiped server returns to first-run setup instead of a dead login, and double-tapping the help tour no longer crashes the app.

Invoices show the true balance at last: every screen reads Total, Paid, Credited and Balance due from one shared rule, voided invoices no longer inflate what is owed, and the remainder is collected with one tap. Walk-in counter sales must tender in full, delivery notes are created straight from an allocated sales order, sales documents print the full pharma line detail, and a missing or expired license now locks the app with a clear path to renew.

Creating a sales return no longer fails: every offline document now records you as the acting user instead of a system placeholder — returns, payments, bank statements, purchase and supplier documents, write-offs, picks, transfers and compliance sign-offs. On Windows, a downloaded update launches its installer reliably, and a failed file check keeps the download so the retry resumes instead of starting over.

Tills become master data: pick a register instead of typing, manage and retire tills, one float per drawer with per-cashier reconciliation, tills lockable to their terminal, and shift numbers follow the Solar Hijri year. The counter recovers with a one-tap Open the day chip, and small fixes polish attribution and the expiry board.

Counter sale gains a daily cash-shift drawer: open the day with a float, sell cash against it, then count and close — over-tolerance variances need a different manager's approval. Updates are harder to miss and tougher on bad connections: a rebuilt dialog, a status chip on every screen, retried checks and downloads that resume where they stopped.

Batch labels print the warehouse zone and location, and Label Studio keeps improving: labels lay out in two columns on wide stock and stay readable on small rolls, the studio opens pre-filled from any batch, and elements position exactly with millimetre fields and arrow keys. Users, roles and navigation are hardened for go-live, Record visibility is now Record Trash, and the counter sale adds scanned items by itself.

Administration gains a built-in Label Studio that replaces NiceLabel, with standard labels, a custom designer and live preview. Forgotten passwords reset with a 6-digit code mailed to the license holder, and small fixes polish counter-sale prices, thermal receipts and the license card.
