Pick the package that matches how many people use it and what you need it to do. Where it runs — your own computer, your own server, or ours — is a separate choice, and it changes nothing about the software itself.
Subscription prices. The software is yours for as long as the subscription runs. Pay by mobile money, bank transfer, or cash — we confirm every payment by hand, so nothing is ever charged automatically.

FAQ
Questions about money
What does "buy once" mean?+
You buy the licence one time and it is yours. The price includes twelve months of updates and support. After that the yearly renewal is optional — if you do not renew, the software keeps working exactly as it is; you simply stop receiving new versions and support. Buying once is available when the software runs on your own computer or your own server.
How do I pay?+
Mobile money (HesabPay, AtomaPay), bank transfer, or cash — invoiced in AFN. You choose the package, send the payment, and submit the transaction reference from your account page; we verify it by hand, usually within one business day, and the licence activates. No card is required, nothing is ever charged automatically, and no foreign payment processor sits in the middle.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 30 days on one computer, with no card required. The trial is the full product with every module on, not a cut-down demo, so if it works during the trial it works after it. Nothing you enter during the trial is deleted when it ends.
Can I move up to a bigger package later?+
Yes, at any time, and your data comes with you. You pay the difference for the remaining period; the licence updates without reinstalling anything. Moving from one computer to a server is a separate step, and we help with it.
What counts as a station?+
One computer running Telos. Two people sharing one computer in shifts is one station; two computers at two counters is two. You can add stations beyond what your package includes for a yearly fee.
Do I have to buy a server?+
No. On one computer you need nothing extra. For several computers one of them has to act as the server — an ordinary desktop is enough for most businesses — or you can let us run it and pay the monthly hosting instead.
What happens when my licence expires?+
A subscription that lapses stops accepting new transactions and shows a renewal screen. It does not lock you out of your own records: you can still read, print, and export everything. A licence you bought once never expires — only its updates-and-support renewal does, and letting that lapse changes nothing about the software you already have.
